Agree with Mila, pretty special caftans by Si Belle.

Justin Hollar, then a look from Lover (ugh so pretty), and the last are Tristan Blair.

Isabel Marant jumper-perfection worn so elegantly by my friend's sister, Zoeey, Chloe, Klas Herbert, Black Magazine.

And someone who hasn't accepted it quite yet. No defeatist, I need a fighter.
Yesterday I was pouting at my desk when this video from Sarah Hermans (from Belgium but currently living in Santa Monica) landed in my feed and after watching it I remembered that things can be easy. It hit the spot to say the least. Great song. I need to go to the beach asap, seriously. The last bit especially is nothing short of completely adorable.

I'll do a more formal update soon with stores stocking it now worldwide, but here is a particularly dear one.

It was such a treat to have her photos close Issue One!

I'm not choosing favorites between this and the Cassaniti bag below. Nu uhh. They go in different places on the frame, I want both! It's big enough to fit a paperback so I know the first item I'd throw in for night rides (and likely if you know me at all, you surely know too).

"In our projects we often combine the sensitive and the small with the powerful, large and industrial."
In Philadelphia you can see this thing on the Design Center front lawn this Fall. Ah!

No really, I think I left my heart inside.

The Hue show was good - got in touch with a couple designers, stared at Jason Schwartzman, but the highlight? Learning of the to-come Malo Downtown from the horses mouth. In the bottom of Seven Grand, perfect!

Playing in the office w/Ryan, kicking off spring and shiii.

And after rumbling through a pile of fantastic cutspattensmaterialshues in the end doesn't it feel addictingly comforting to walk out of the house in basic blue and black items built for some adventuring, wear and tear?
garance doré.

Heart Condition
I have an ultra-vivid, haunting really, memory of running down city streets. The leader off in the distance taking the freest plunge. And running really fast in a sudden burst that can only cause laughter and gasps.

Cruel Summer
Love the way George LeChat captures sprinklers and grass so surprisingly dark. It reminds me of wearing faded black jeans in the heat on my front porch.

Ah Fuck
Doesn't this photo have that expression written all over it? Slam that arm down. Speaking of which, there's a really beautiful track called "Fuck" you should listen to right here.

I love my friends, don't get me wrong...they're optimistic, good listeners, always down for an adventure and graceful. But I'd appreciate soon someone coming into my life that's more harsh than I am. Someone with a bit of a dark soul that's removed from life's cuteness. Quiet. Angry eyes that feel only appropriate and someone who would push a drink off a table just to see it fall.
And someone who hasn't accepted it quite yet. No defeatist, I need a fighter.

The new Chloé store is near visual-overload. In the best of ways. And the bag below was like poison, insta-heartbreak!

I Cant Be Bothered
My favourite street style image to date ownssss the ICBB category. As much as I love gazing longingly at pretty things, one that makes throwing on a zip hoodie and black heels feel super-special? Can't be beat.
And after rumbling through a pile of fantastic cutspattensmaterialshues in the end doesn't it feel addictingly comforting to walk out of the house in basic blue and black items built for some adventuring, wear and tear?

ICBB
I'm starting a new category on ALL THINGS ORDINARY called I CANT BE BOTHERED. I may eventually spin it off to a separate space - a dark side perhaps. But for now, it will feed my need for all things messy and understated magic. Mismatched socks with stripper-platform sandals and the like because at the end of the day I just cannot be bothered to find two blacks that match.
